Electronic Literacy

Nowadays we see how electronic literacy has changed and how it has evolved, since the computer appeared many people prefer to use it than reading a book or going to at library. It is because it is a faster way to find information that you may need to search. In my case since I was at school I have been using it until now, but in this period hag changed many important things such as; internet, new programs and applications.

 The first point is about the one experience using a computer. I remember when I was at school I had a computer class and in that subject just learned instructions to make function basic programs and games. I also remember it was a very nice experience because we had never used a computer. Since 3^rd grade until 6^th grade we were using these programs because it supposed that students of this age they must to know to manage the computer system. To use a computer by first time was grateful and one of the newest things for me because until now I keep using computer, however the technology in cpu has been increased a lot.

The next point is about how much the Electronic literacy in indispensable for me. One of the best EL nowadays is the internet or computers, because in this time almost of the people use this method to communicate with friends, patterns and relatives who are so far. Other important characteristic why internet is very useful for me is because I current work in a cyber café and I see how much importance have the people in use it. In addition I use a lot the computer for doing homework in different programs that the computer offer to me such as; word, excel, power point etc. however I also use the computer and internet to chatting or surfing on the different and famous social networks which are on internet, for example: facebook, myspace, hi5, sonico and messenger where I usually meet new and interesting people from other countries.

The last point is about how the EL will change in the future in my life. In a few years I think the EL will be more practice, successful and faster it is because everything have to change and the computer will not be the exception. The programs will be more advanced and may be we will not have to do all, probably we just to manage or will give instructions to the computer.

Finally, as a conclusion I think everything most to change and El will change as soon as possible because the people is changing and need more modern and attractive programs to support their necessities. the reality is the EL will be easier for people because they need to be developing new opportunities and practices styles of life.

Activities in my life

             Nowadays there are some important activities in my life. Since I was a child I was getting knowledge, friends and other important things that are useful now. Currently these things can be great for the future. However, during this long time a lot of things have happened; happy and good..

The first point refers to my past activities; the first refers to school  because that was a great period in my life, there I began to develop my academic knowledge and skills, also I met my first real friends that nowadays I still have. Another interesting activity was the games; I remember I was playing in different sports; such as, volleyball, basketball, and soccer. This last was the one that I enjoyed more because I played it with my friends at school, in the park or on the streets.

The next point is about current activities in my life. One of these activities is to be studying B.A in ELT at the university, this is one of the best things that has happened to me because I have met many new friends and teachers. Soccer is another important activity because o love it, and it is the biggest motivation to me when I feel sad, bored or disappointed. In addition, I play in two different soccer teams, one of them in my town and the other one at the university. The last point is about my jobs. Since I was a child I have worked in different places and jobs. For example; I worked as an ice cream seller, at a telephone booth, at a Mexican restaurant  and in my current job which is a cyber café where I am the boss, and I have worked there for the last three years.

The last activities are the ones I would like to do in the future, the first thing is I would like to get a job as a teacher and work in different places, schools, or factories where I can enjoy it, and be well-paid. Another activity is to get married when I finish  my mayor in ELT because it is a dream that I had since I was child I would like to complete it when I become to earn money to support myself or my couple if I am married at this time. Finally, I wish to travel around the world, mainly I would like to go to Puerto Rico because it is a country where I can find the most important culture for me , such as; girls, food and music.

Finally, as a conclusion I realized how much I have changed and learned since I was a child and how many things, friends and activities are still with me. However, I have kept all these things because I have been interested in these activities, now I need to be focused on what I want to me in the future because, the good chances that you do now, they will be reward full in the future.
